Kari Samantha is an American actor, performer and singer (born on April 28 1967). Wuhrer began her career as she was in her teens. Her most well-known role is for playing Maggie Beckett on the TV show Sliders, as well as in the role of Sheriff Samantha Parker, in the horror-comedy film Eight Legged Freaks. Wuhrer was born within Brookfield Connecticut as her mother was Karin Noble, who worked as a payroll clerk, and German American Andrew Wuhrer. She is the mother of three brothers and sisters. As a teenager she was a nightclub performer by sneaking from the house. Kari Samantha Wuhrer, an American model and actress was born in Brookfield, CT, on April 28, 1967. She was born in Brookfield on April 28 on the 28th of April, 1967. Her mother works as an accountant for payroll, while her father, German-American, is a policeman and car salesman. Kari is the youngest of three kids. When she was in her teens her nightclub performances were a highlight when she would sneak away and perform. Kari at the time was 13 years old, attended the Wooster School as well as Tisch School of the Arts of New York University. She was also a student at Columbia University, Marymount Manhattan College, Marymount Manhattan College and at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art where she had a teacher known as Uta. Kari stepped into acting as aged a teenager. Her first TV appearance was on 1987 on MTV's Remote Control.
